Livable City Copenhagen

Joel Thomas Mulligan moved from Canada to Copenhagen in 2011 because he saw Copenhagen as one of the most livable cities on the planet and an innovation leader. He believed living and working in Copenhagen would present a good opportunity to help improve livability in cities on a global scale.

After working in SMEs and startups for over 10 years, Joel now works for the City of Copenhagen in the Technical and Environmental Administration and Copenhagen Solutions Lab (CSL). CSL works with teams across the City of Copenhagen to help improve innovation processes involving cooperation with tech companies and the tech ecosystem.
