Practicalities

Stand details

1. A standard stand is 2x3 m. with paper back and side panels. As standard there is one café table with table cloth (H:110 cm, Ø:70 cm) and two chairs included. Please note that it is not possible to hang materials on the panels.
2. All stands have electricity (230v and 10A)
3. Practical questions about stands etc. should be directed to Øksnehallen directly: fair@dgibyen.dk   

 Access to the event

1. You have access to the fair from 09.30 Friday 19 September and from 08.00 Saturday 20 September - please note that these hours are fixed a´nd that it is not possible to enter the venue earlier. It is possible to leave your things in Øksnehallen once the programme has ended Friday, if you are taking part in the event both days.
2. Please find stand number and location of your stand here (Friday) and here (Saturday).
3. Each organisation will receive two meal vouchers upon arrival at the event.  If you wish to order additional meals, it can be purchased at the café/food trucks.
4. Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the day in the backstage lounge.
5. In case you have forgotten what you wrote in your application, please search for the email you received from us in connection to the application. It includes all your information.
