Practical information
- As a new feature, Øksnehallen has launched a webshop this year where you can order extra materials for your stand. Please note that International Citizen Days does not cover extra orders for your stand. You will receive login information directly from Øksnehallen. If you are curious, you are welcome to take a look at the webshow here.
- You can find relevant and important exhibitor information here.
- You have access to the fair from 10.00 Friday 27 September and from 08.00 Saturday 28 September. Information on your stand number and location of your stand can be found on this site from mid September.
- Each organisation will receive two meal vouchers upon arrival at the event. If you wish to order additional meals, they can be purchased through the webshop or at the café/food trucks.. Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the entire day in the backstage lounge.
- In case you have forgotten the information you submitted in your application, please look for the confirmation e-mail as it contains all essential information. If you have any changes to your registration, please send us and e-mail at icd@kk.dk.
Stand details
- A large stand is 2x3 m. with paper back and side panels. As a standard, there is one café table with tablecloth (H:110 cm, Ø:70 cm) and two chairs included. Please note that it is not possible to hang materials on the panels.
- A small stand consists of a café table with tablecloth (H:110 cm, Ø:70 cm) and two chairs. There are no back and side panels.
- All stands have electricity (230v and 10A).
