International House Copenhagen has teamed up with Copenhagen Capacity at this year's International Citizen Days event to connect international talent with Danish companies. The one-on-one career matchmaking event as part of Friday’s programme is an opportunity for companies to meet skilled talents face-to-face in exclusive meetings in the heart of Copenhagen.

Interested job-seeking internationals will be pre-screened before the event, ensuring that companies meet only with the most relevant candidates. During the event, each meeting between a talent and a company will last for 15 minutes, allowing the participants to get to know each other and explore potential employment opportunities.

This type of matchmaking is highly effective in helping find the right talent, as it streamlines the recruitment process and provides a focused environment for meaningful conversations to take place.
