Hiring by Personality: Work with Your Profile

What does your personality reveal about the way you work, and how can you use that knowledge in a recruitment process?

In this interactive workshop, you will complete a short personality profile and use the results to identify your personality type. You will then work with other participants to explore different strengths, preferences and ways of working.

Together, you will reflect on how your personality may appear in professional situations and practise putting your strengths into words when presenting yourself to employers. Come prepared to participate actively, reflect on your own working style and learn alongside others.

The workshop builds directly on Gert Laursen’s talk 'Hiring by Personality: How Tests Are Used in Recruitment', which you must attend prior to this workshop. The talk takes place at 12.40 on Stage 1: Job Search & Employment.
