Speakers Corner: Belonging and Identity shifts as you move to Denmark

Join for a talk held by Linet from Naked Soul Coaching that discovers the sense of belonging and changes in identity as we move and live in a new country.

Linet is a life coach specializing in helping women to overcome the inner blocks that are hindering them from finding and keeping love.

This talk discovers the sense of belonging that goes beyond cultural integration. It shows that underneath cultural differences are our needs to be seen, understood, valued and connected. You are invited to discover how have you learned to express them and react if those aren´t met. It will also go into the topics of identity and how does it change and influence the sense of who we are.

When we move across cultures, we learn to decode the world around us. We learn the language, the social norms, the communication styles and the unwritten rules we adapt, shape-shift, and sometimes edit ourselves in the hope of finally feeling at home.

The talk is also followed by an exercise where you´ll get to meet and speak with someone new. 

Please note that Speakers’ Corner is an intimate setting without microphones. Seating is limited to 20 people, and the format is designed for close conversation and dialogue between speakers and the audience.
