In this talk, Signe will give a practical and hands-on introduction to the Danish healthcare system and how it is organised. 

You will learn about the role of your local doctor, how to access hospitals, specialists and dentists, and what services are covered by the Health Insurance Card. The talk will also explain how to use your Health Insurance Card, how to register with a doctor, and how and when to contact medical services – including your doctor, a specialist, emergency care or the medical helpline.
